- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz sparkling water or club soda

Instructions
- Begin by preparing your glass. If you’re feeling festive, rim the glass with pink sugar. Moisten the edge with lemon juice and dip it into a plate of pink sugar.
- Combine the strawberry or raspberry liqueur, vanilla vodka, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
- Grab your beautifully rimmed glass filled with ice, and strain the mixture into it.
- Top off your drink with sparkling water or club soda, gently stirring to combine.
