- 1 package of croissant dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, diced peaches, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the peach cream mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles up from the wide end to the point.
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each croissant with the beaten egg and melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
