Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a solid crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely on a wire rack.
In a microwave or using a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips until they become smooth and glossy.
Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks are achieved.
Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until fully blended and smooth.
Spread 1 cup of the chocolate mixture evenly into the cooled crust. Gently sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the layer, then add the remaining chocolate mixture on top.

Store leftovers tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dessert pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream or extra whipped cream.
