- 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches with 1/4 cup brown sugar and set them aside.
- Mix together the flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter until it resembles a crumbly texture.
- Layer the bottom of your mini dessert cups with some of the peach mixture, then sprinkle the crumbly cobbler mixture on top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Cool the cobbler cups and top them with the creamy filling. Add additional diced peaches if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for a delightful treat.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best flavor. If unable to use fresh peaches, canned or frozen peaches can be substituted.
