- 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut hole pan.
- Combine gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the yogurt, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
