- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate cream (store-bought or homemade)
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry 蜜汁满满 with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour half of the fudge batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before spreading the chocolate cream over the top.
- Pour the remaining fudge batter over the chocolate cream layer and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is set.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
Notes
For the fudgiest texture, mix just until combined. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
