1 cup white chocolate chips - 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and toast them for about 8-10 minutes until they’re fragrant and golden.
- Combine the butter, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla extract in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.

- Spread the pecan mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, pressing it down into an even layer.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, then drizzle over the top of the bark.
