- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups ice cream (flavor of your choice)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan. Let it cool for about 10 minutes.
- Spread the ice cream evenly over the Rice Krispie layer. Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
- Melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Cut the dessert into bars and dip each bar into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Let the chocolate set on parchment paper before serving.
