1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 cup milk

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups hot water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Combine the brown sugar and hot water in a separate bowl until dissolved.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the batter without mixing.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set.
