1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fudge sauce
- Chocolate shavings or whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate wafer 腾讯先锋 and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to create a sturdy crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until they melt and create a smooth mixture.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour half of the chocolate filling into the cooled crust, then layer with a drizzle of fudge sauce.
- Pour the remaining chocolate filling over the fudge layer.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until it’s set.
