- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 8 ounces chow mein noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken: Add the sliced chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Sauté the vegetables: In the same skillet, add bean sprouts, shredded carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Combine it all: Add the cooked noodles and sautéed chicken back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the top.
