- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté the ground beef and onions until browned. Add garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and beef broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the pie crusts by rolling them out and cutting into circles.
- Assemble the pies with beef filling in the center, fold and seal edges with a fork.
